Ashot Temouriants serves as the Chief Technology Officer at EquityFeed Corp. Ashot joined EquityFeed in 2002, after arriving in Canada from Armenia where he completed his studies at Armenia State Technical University focused on distributed, real-time systems.
Temouriants started his professional career at the Yerevan Physics Institute, where he was Head Computerized Systems Analyst responsible for developing a data network for monitoring power distribution and flow.
Prior to joining EquityFeed, Temouriants worked for a Montreal-based online stock brokerage firm, where he developed a wireless stock quote alerting application for the company's internal brokers and clientele. His most notable accomplishment at the firm was his critical role in overseeing its wireless initiative, which provided traders with full access to stock quotes and alerts through their cell phones and PDAs.
Ashot holds a Master's degree in Electrical engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Armenian State University. |
